Step aside, I've got this.

I remember trying to do my first play through of New vegas with this as the only weapon I could afford due to incompetence and hardcore/survival/whatever it's called.

It was not fun trying to clear the overgrown plant vault with this.

LASER RCW is the superior waifu

when will he release the wattz 2000?

too bad it sucked

I didn't ask your opinion you sad, asian.

It's the VATS-enhanced Western Revolver and the two-projectile Lever-Action Rifle for me. I could live without any other gun.

>it's a good game, just not a good [game series] game

You can tell he has no friends, otherwise he wouldn't have the time to type up such drivel.

Melee and Unarmed, if we are talking about NV.

>superheated fist
bueno

He's completely right though.

I never tried it. It sound like a faggot rifle. Just the name "Recharger Rifle" brings up images of electric cars, low carbon footprints and onions lattes.

>Caring about the future and a sustainable enviroment is bad

Literal nigger-tier reasoning, they also have no concept of tomorrow

>"Fallout"

Unironically my favorite Fallout gun
I was pissed when Fallout NV first released and it was nowhere to be found

he's emphatically not though

The only right option

>A shitty underpowered inaccurate American G3 clone with wood furniture
>Favorite Fallout gun
I'm genuinely curious why. I literally can not think of anything I liked about.

Who knows!

Patrician taste.

He is though. Fallout 3 is pretty terrible by the series standards. The only thing he's wrong about is it being a good game; it's not.

>series standards

of what? new vegas? what game is series defining standards to you

>posting Millenia's shitty retextures

based
Wrong.

Hey, I tried to use the file from the wiki but its in some weird ass Chrome format. That was just the first thing that came up.

Not him but you do realize Fallout 3 is the third (technically fifth I think) game in the series. Personally I'd say Fallout 2 defines what a good Fallout game is. In comparison to 3, Fallout 2 provided good motivations and backgrounds to complete your goal. To save your tribe you must retrieve the G.E.C.K. and with a time limit set you race off to complete your goal. In 3 there is no urgency to complete anything, all you have is "Dad leaves vault so now you must too." With your only real motivation in the game is to find your father that the game really didn't establish as a character someone could enjoy.

Fallout 3 was a fun game though and I enjoyed my first couple play throughs but it has serious story telling faults and was gimped by the gamebryo engine.

It's easily one of the most repairable weapon in the game it was introduced in, and it was a reliable mid-tier weapon you could acquire early

I'm also a sucker for G3's in pretty much every game they're in

You all disgust me.

Mathematically the best gun is the Vindicator minigun youtube.com/watch?v=EbirYHgFifY

Personal favorite is dual wielding P90s with fast shot, rate of fire and action point perks so you can empty both in one turn, 4 bursts@~1200 base damage w/o criticals

Attached: Fallout2-P90.jpg (250x88, 23K)

Fair enough I just assume most people's definition or standard are more of the recent games

>tfw we will never see a 3D fallout game with dual wielding p90s

why even live bros

>thump thump

Nigger you stupid

Attached: 1541155441669.jpg (606x422, 75K)

They definitely are though, especially recently. Even 4 years ago people weren't comparing Fo4 with Fo2

1, 2, and New Vegas.

>Nobody was comparing RPG mechanics, story and dialogue of the old Fallouts to the 3D Fallouts
Yea Forums literally did it every thread

>equip AP ammo
>shred through a pack of deathclaws in literal seconds

>green text assumptions

Okay user, I back down from this. You win, buddy

>,png is a Chrome format

Attached: Marksman_carbine.png (2500x1000, 912K)

>assumptions
You literally just said
>people weren't comparing Fo4 with Fo2

You do realise that involves RPG mechanics, story and dialogue right?

Attached: 1532872878674.png (512x512, 228K)

>H&K P90
Ha! not-france rekt!

People were comparing in the bulk majority during Fo4's release, to Fo3 and NV. I didn't explicitly rule out that nobody ever talked about 1 or 2

how could everyone be so wrong.

best gun in all games it's in coming in

Attached: FNVThatGun.png (1750x1050, 949K)

>Recharger Rifle
>basic looking rifle but low damage
>Recharger Pistol
>half the size of the rifle but more damage
>MF Hyperbreeder Alpha
>half the glowing lights of the pistol but more damage

I'm not sure how less gun makes it more powerful but okay

Attached: MF_Hyperbreeder_Alpha.png (2150x950, 865K)

It's explained in the lore. The rifle was a prototype, the pistol was the version that was going to see active use as they had miniaturized most of the required components while also increasing efficiency. Basically the rifle is weaker and larger because it's a clunky early model.

>It's explained in the lore.
Sawyer on Formspring is not lore

Oh whoops my bad. Been a while since I read about it so I just assumed it was from something ingame

Who the fuck thought Hyperbreeder Alpha was a good idea?

>a fucking gatling laser with unlimited ammo
>only downside is limited burst
>can straight up buy it after winning some money in a casino

While being a retarded gun that makes no sense, the laser musket was really satisfying to use

speaking of terrible and Fallout weapons

>sneaks behind you
>does 2500 damage in a single shot
>nothing personnel, supermutant

Attached: terrible-shotgun-102.jpg (1440x960, 146K)

Not in Fallout 1.

I enjoyed FO3

Attached: 1424649466318.jpg (500x259, 15K)

GRA's entire design philosophy appears to have been "the economy is fucked so let's just add a bunch of borderline overpowered bullshit to vendors to even it out"

Most GRA stuff is either marginally better than base game guns, same but with mods, or memes like katana and that delayed explosion power fist, but Hyperbreeder Alpha is so vastly overpowered compared to regular recharger weapons that it really stands out.

>shitty retextures
Whats wrong with it?

We were all kids once.

it is, tho

It's webp now

.png and .jpg are two of the most standard image formats out there, any photo viewer that can open a jpeg will also open a png, just sort out your file associations

I did too, when I played it in high school. Then I played Fallout 1 right after, and realized what a piece of shit it was in comparison. Then again I was also massively disappointed by Oblivion too, and F3 was effectively just Oblivion with guns but without any good quests

I love that thing. Just picturing the future tech-mobsters that ran around turning people to ash with that thing before the war get me all hot and bothered

Not that guy, but he retextures everything so it looks like it just came fresh out of the factory.

>not tagging repair

everything under the fandom domain converted all of their images to webp.

Is that the medicine stick?
