This and the CPS2 Jojo's Bizarre Adventure are some of the most perfect adaptations of material into fighting game form. A lot of that is because of unintended flaws in the gameplay.

Kokuoh is a super sick character. I can't think of a character in something that is as much of a prop as Kokuoh is while still feeling like a real part of the cast.
