I'm not helping, and will not help the new guys. They had a discord up w/ fuckabout vanilla minecraft but it got purged due to loli. Yeah man there was loads of effort put into that map. I'd ask boards individually for suggestions. Some smaller islands are generic terrain blobs, but most of the larger ones have a meaning. And the ones that don't are leftover from v1 terrain blobs (which I didn't make).
