Because in the original RPG it also covers the character's ability to act under pressure, as in "keeping their cool" and not panicking during combat. Not sure how you'd transfer that mechanic into a video game though.

Aside from charisma, maybe impact weapon accuracy? Like your gun shakes more, takes longer to reload, have a harder time staying in stealth as you're more noisy.

That sort of thing.

That's likely tied to constitution. Cool is just charisma, literally dialog options and charm. They call it cool because it's Cyberpunk and in this kind of cringey futuristic steampunk setting, just as today, it's all about "acting cool". So expect lots of terrible attempts at witty and original dialog.

From the demo it seems basic. No sliders, just cycling through 10 different presets for different face parts.

I'm not sure if it's possible to make a mongoloid.
