Why on earth aren't you hype?
Why on earth aren't you hype?
Getting hyped is for kids. Real men gets depressed.
As 28 year old man it's not very healthy to get hyped for things that's just part of being an adult. Being cynical helps adults cope with reality and disappointment so im always cautiously interested.
HOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYP
I wanted a new game, something different, a tenchu like game.
But i realized this is just another Souls game with some new features added and others removed.
Still going to get it, but i'm not losing any sleep over it
I'm excited, but I won't be able to get it until next month. Gotta pay off health insurance and rent and shit.
I'm hyped though. It's just another Fromsoft game so I keep it considerably low.
It looks really bland
>no repercussions for falling off a cliff
Im gonna buy it, just not convinced its going to be amazing.
I am though
It really doesn't
It doesn't look very interesting.
What's the appeal?
Because I'm a poorfag without a current gen PC or console
That's not a large problem though, I'm having a blast playing older games I never had a chance of playing back in the day and I'll get to the new ones in a few years when they'll be dirt cheap
>Activision®
To me I like the idea of playing as a cool samurai in the setting of another brutal From Sofware world
Same shit as DS and Bloodborne but in Japan instead of some fantasy shithole.
I'm hype, only I'm worried about is the parrying system which could make or break the game depending on how it's done. I don't want every single fights to be a race against who deplete a stamina bar the fastest. Nioh already had this and it was good that it wasn't an absolute requirement to beat anything by depleting the stamina bar (and there was multiple ways to deplete it), but it looks like it's the case for Sekiro and if so, then fuck, especially if the ONLY way to deplete the posture gauge is to parry stuff, I don't see how the game wouldn't become extremely tedious.
Why?
Just being aggressive with attacks in general will deplete posture
No Coop. Coop is my favorite thing to do in FromSoft games, so I'm really uncertain about this one. I don't find the hook thing very appealing either.
It's probably just my autism wanting more of the same old. At least I like the look of the setting.
I'm 110% burned out on from games. I fucking love Tenchu/Shinobido but I really don't want to have a bunch of mandatory bosses interrupting my stealth game to be perfectly honest, it was a problem in Tenchu too.
good
>it was a problem in Tenchu too.
There's no problem in Tenchu that a pile of landmines won't fix
I don't get hype and I'm glad there's not some obnoxious hype train. That's the best way to experience these games.
