Gta3 doesnt have shit on san andreas. The fact that your car doesnt immediately blow up from 2 shotgun blasts alone makes it a better game.

That shit was so OP that they nerfed it in the mobile re-release. Driving through Portland after you killed Salvatore Leone was so annyoing because all the Mafia bodyguards would carry shotguns that would one-shot you while you were driving.
