Jokes aside, in the end the effect DmC had on the internet unironically made the series more popular than ever, at the point it returned with tremendous celebration (while everybody despised DMC4 when it was released, especially Yea Forums)

I love REmake2 and to see DMC5 getting as much attention as an RE game let alone Re2 of all games makes me happy.

To be honest, "just have fun" is the best advice I can give. Don't worry about being efficient as much as being stylish.
Jumping and side-rolling both have i-frames. Use them to dodge attacks.
Also remap the controls if it feels awkward to you. For example, on V I use Griffon on RT because it's easier to do all the charging that way.

True. The hair texture for Trish in DMC5 is awful, like it was for Mia in RE7, but everyone else I enjoyed. Very expressive and animated, and Vergil and Lady's looks grew on me. Especially Lady's, but I wish we could have seen Vergil with his hair down.
