My wife is (slowly) getting into gaming. She has terrible reflexes and isn't used to controls though. She only wants to use the PS4.
She finished Firewatch and enjoyed the low-stress combat-free nature of the game.
Can you recommend games like that on the PS4? Something a complete scrub can play without freaking out.

What about games like Until Dawn, Detroit: Become Human, etc.? seems like they would've be to taxing and there's a proper sense of accomplishment, if she's looking purely for walking simulator games then try out What Remains of Edith Finch, which is the best of the genre imo.

If she starts feeling confident introduce things like Horizon Zero Dawn, Persona 5, FF15. Chicks cannot handle stress/defeat so the idiots suggesting BB and DS have never had a GF before. Normies, especially chicks care a lot more about characters and story than gameplay
