Depends on the location. Sure in your small "christian" hamlets the food choices are slim. But some of the best meals I've ever had came from visiting southern cities like Nashville, Memphis and the like.

You get more nutrients that way and it tastes delicious regardless.

Cooked salmon is good, but raw salmon tastes completely different and the fat you get from it is fucking amazing. I'd eat raw salmon every day if I wasn't a lazy slob that would give myself botulism based off the condition of my kitchen.
