it looks promising. been mentioned a few times in city-building threads here over the last couple weeks.
it also seems to be claiming to do a fuckload of different things all at once, so if everything works it'll be amazing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a bit rough at launch
basically a city-building game, but with 4x elements and plenty of combat, and the option to play multiplayer with dozens of other people where you can raid/invade their cities
