Thank you for justifying my pirating
Thank you for strengthening the piracy community
There is nothing quite like hate fucking an ugly bitch just to humiliate her dad. That's Denuvo in a nutshell.
It was amusing to see another pathetic FUD campaign from the pirates whining about copy protection they couldn't crack but that's mostly over now. It is funny how every time there is DRM that is difficult to crack suddenly it's "common knowledge" the DRM breaks computers and hurts performance. No one ever claims that about easily cracked DRM, just the difficult to crack ones. What an amazing coincidence.
This.
>suddenly it's "common knowledge" the DRM breaks computers and hurts performance.

>FUD
My man, just yesterday there was hard data of denuvo cutting DMC5 performance by 20%. Pay attention.
>DMCV had a DRM free exe leaked
>Outright proven it runs better than Denuvo "protected" copy
Even pretending means you are an absolute faggot of the highest tier, go play in traffic for everyone's sake.
it's going away soon
we did it Yea Forums
But that's not the DRM. That's incompetent Jap devs. We've had this multiple times now with Jap developed games that use Denuvo. Western devs, who are competent, have demonstrated multiple times Denuvo has negligible performance impact by having the performance of their game not change in any noticeable way after they remove the DRM.
>"common knowledge" the DRM breaks computers and hurts performance
It's funny because it's actually a true and tested fact, did you know that Denuvo is made by the same guys that made SecuROM which closed down its servers and took all DRM'ed games with it?
Sure thing lad.
you sound like those Applefags making the claim of 'youre holding it wrong' when they fucked up their device design.
It's Denuvo that implement the DRM themselves, developers can't even know what they did to the game exactly since it's a complete black box, you are wrong about everything so far.
So? Game runs worse with denuvo than without and that's that. I don't give a shit whose fault it is, I just want denuvo gone.
kill yourself
At least denuvo did fight fairly against their own former scene crakcing groups instead of Valeroa's copy protection which was just using blackmail lol
Denuvo also does blackmail and gets crackers in legal trouble, poor guys have to be extremely fucking careful with their anonymity since they are treated like fucking terrorists.
This but unironically.
>SecuROM which closed down its servers and took all DRM'ed games with it
Individual publishers are responsible for their authentication servers. Microsoft killed SecuROM. You know absolutely nothing about anything.
based retard poster
>trying this hard to justify a position shown to be factually wrong
You know this is user and you're allowed to be wrong, yeah?
>sonic mania finally removed denuvo in the latest beta patch
Now I will buy your game
They're running themselves into the ground.
>fight fairly
>had to phisically track down vovksy since he keept cracking all their shit day one for a year
Almost the logo isnt comic sans... is something
sorry for the wrong info then fuck denuvo then i knew about voksi (who had no opsec at all so it's his own fault) but i thought that the publisher's had him arrested and not denuvo.
it makes pirates buttmad
I wasn't being ironic. The crackers have become so much more efficient due to the common enemy of denuvo and Fitgirl has been fast as fuck with the repacks. Piracy is at its all time strongest thanks to Denuvo
You guys do know you are just pushing them more and more into a corner, right? All this shit is going to achieve is that in the future all video games will be always online only, no local content shit and you'll only have yourselves to blame.
>inb4 some retard HURR DURR WE'LL JUST CRACK THAT TOO
look how devs rewarded they consumers, they swaped from steam to epic store (that REQUIRES always online) just for a few bucks per sale.
Your first mistake is thinking DRM and online services have anything to do with piracy when it's just a scheme to have full control over distribution to kill used game selling and archival, increase consumer retention with closed gardens and promote monthly fees.
Why should devs reward consumers for legally purchasing their software? What an amazingly entitled sentiment. No business rewards the market for obeying the law. Why the fuck should the video game market do so?
Whatever, I simply won't buy the always online ones ever, even on a 90% sale. There's decades worth of games already, nothing is irreplacable.
Why should devs punish consumers for legally purchasing their software while pirates get the best versions of games?
you underestimate the high crackers get when they successfully crack the uncrackable. you also underestimate how much russians and brazilians hate paying for games.
It's not a "punishment" for a product to be sold in one store and not another. Not unless you are an obnoxious entitled fuck manchild who thinks not getting exactly what you want, when you want and how you want it is a terrible injustice in which case I would advice you go and whine to mommy about that because I sure don't give a fuck.
>completelly missing the always online point
Calm down epic shill, this thread is about denuvo not you.
>It's not a "punishment" for a product to be sold in one store and not another.
It is, you are inconveniencing your costumers and forcing them to use another closed garden that they most likely would never use if you didn't force them to.
Also it's interesting how you completely ignored the Denuvo part of the discussion, I guess you understand it's indefensible now.
