Splits are something for advanced or intermediate lifters. Do one of the established fullbody beginner programs until you reach 1/2/3/4 and specify on hypertrophy, olympic Lifts or powerlifting.

You can, but those workouts can take a while. I prefer going everyday and having a shorter but intense workout. Then i do 10-30 mins of cardio after.
I hate how faggots on Yea Forums act like lifting is part of their identity or something, especially on /fit/. It's 1-2 hour exercise literally nothing special. Most people work out without ever talking about it causes its not special.

So ive come up with this idea, im a sucker for jrpgs and ive realized theres a lot of "nothing/dead time" whenever I finish giving commands to my party until they and the enemies do all of their actions and I need to start giving commands again. So ive started exercising whenever this happens: push ups(the knee type ones and on tables because my arm strenght is shit), sit ups, running in place, jumping and practicing punches and kicks, I did this some days ago and got a really good work out after an hour or so.
I also started jogging because I was diagnosed with bradycardya like 3 weeks ago, so im on Week 3 of this Couch to 5k thing, I woke up too late today so ill go running at 6pm today.
Your problem is letting other people dictate your self-worth. The desire to improve oneself should not come from outside factors but from within.
The problem with relying on other people for most anything, including relying on them for confirmation on whether your attractive or not is that they're judging you based on subjective standards.
Everyone has wildly different preferences and you can't make yourself appear attractive to everyone, sometimes you can't even make yourself attractive to one specific person no matter how hard you try because of genetic factors.
What you can do however, is take an objective look at yourself and your features then highlight the good features while masking and underplaying the bad, basically just finding a look that's flattering on you.
Truth is that the actors you see in movies and TV aren't that different from your average person, the difference is that they have stylists and makeup artists dressing them up in a way that is flattering and chances are they know a little something about that too.
Point is that so long as you are willing to put in a bit of work, you can look a lot better than you think.

Alternatively just set goals, it's easier to remain motivated to lift if you decide to go from something like a 1pl8 to 2pl8 bench and eventually accomplish that goal

My routines take 20 to 30 mins, but I train 6 times a week. Short and sweet is always better, also instead of running 30 mins, run 10 mins but with 10 seconds of sprint each minute.
