Bully here (former, unless you count cyberbullying). We bullied the weird kids. I still cyberbully weird people. So if there was a new kid who was a fucking weirdo they would get bullied. My favorite bit, though, was if a new girl came and the "popular" girls bullied her because she was hot. Since I was part of that crowd, I got to swoop in and play savior and shit on the popular girls and I could tell just from the way the bullied girl looked at me that her panties were sopping wet.

This is RP. Most of the kids that were bullied at my school were kids who just weren't in the "club". By that definition alone they, were seen, like you said as "weird", which is already a vague term. But this is, again, just a justification to act out on your cowardly psychological upbringing. I knew a guy who stood up to bullies when he saw it being done to one kid, as soon as he got confronted and kicked, he started running. Which plays further into the observation that as soon as you stand up to bullies, they start ignoring you afterwards.
