I want to own a BLACK person as a pet.

They were the original enemies, the plague that would take us over if we don't take over them.

Do not get me wrong. I am not abusive or prejudiced. I simply want to keep one as a pet. Give it some NBA games to play in reward for rapping or something.

now that I think about it I could probably just dress someone up like them and keep them in a cage or something and mess with them the same way

If you take the scale from the manual of the original Pikmin into account, I'd say that bulborbs are about as big as rabbits, the larger variants like the Bulblaxes are around the size of small dogs.
