ITT: video game towns or cities you wish you could visit
The Hobbit movies moved me to tears solely because the parts with the fully realized dwarven city reminded me so much of Ironforge. It scratched an indelible itch for me.
All of Dun Moroghis lovely as well. I had the greatest time roleplaying a ranger on a private server and tracking through the drifts and caves and up the mountains. Vanilla WoW had something special to it.

It's strange, isn't it? Being homesick for a place that doesn't exist.

Fucking chinese people will gobble up any low quality shit, but so long as they each pay a penny it's profitable because there's 3 billion of them.
Remember when the GE opened and prices would fluctuate based on demand? So people started becoming brokers and making lots of money off standard stock market tactics?
Good times.
I'd like to visit "Europe" from the Total War series. It seems like a cool place.

Could just say you wish you lived 2000 years ago. Seems easier to type.
I used to be happy merchant. Used to convince new free worlders to get 1000 feathers for me in exchange for teaching them how to make money. I'd have them follow me to the wine of zamorak and have them touch it. I'd then keep shutting the door as the monks beat them to death.

I didn't have any faith in SOE by the mishandling of PS2, but damnit I was still really disappointed when EQ next was canceled.
Same here. I at least want the EQ franchise to be alive rather than on life support by Daybreak or whatever their name is. Fuckin RIP Everquest
