Any one else having performance issues on semi low-end hardware? I can't get consistent 1080p/60 on medium high or 1440p on medium with interlacing. I feel like both should be doable considering how the game runs on PS4 and PS4 Pro.
Is a new Nvidia driver expected?

put the game .exe in the install folder, put SSE anywhere
run SSE, go to settings, set steamID to "Static" and online play to "false"
finally, drag and drop the game exe to SSE (or hit "add game" and browse to it), set the appid to 601150
You can unlock DLC by right clicking on the game shortcut in SSE adn going to Game Settings > DLC Manager
Enter all the DLC app IDs you want, names are cosmetic but you have to enter something

I had crash errors during mission 2 and with the Geryon boss. I followed this guide:

and switched to DX11, denuvo free exe, lowered the texture and effects settings as well. So far it hasn't crashed but I'd wait for a new update since apparently lots of 1050 users are experiencing the same issues.

I had hanging loads that ruined cutscenes with off sync audio and any new asset getting loaded caused a brief freeze. I just turned off Network and literally everything is working better.

What's your CPU? Some guy in the steam forums got the .exe without Denuvo and it run like 20fps faster due to it being less taxing on the CPU without Denuvo hogging resources.
Should have spent more money on your parts and less on rice then. Anything below 70 is budget and below 60 is basically made for disabled mmo/moba players on fixed incomes.

i get frame drops when i turn the camera or walk into a new, large area. smooth sailing in combat except in very rare instances, dont know what triggers it though

Why are you using interlacing? Are you using an old CRT monitor? It runs reasonably okay on 1050Ti (4GB model), except I get frame slowdown in really wide open areas. It's not really noticeable because they don't use frame-skip style rendering so it doesn't bother me that much.
If you're getting stutter and audio de-sync in cutscenes, try .ini editing it to run in DX11 mode.
