Look up the tetris flash game on google(should be the site dedicated to it) and keep playing it until you hit level 10. I used to do it all the time when I new album drops and it raised my skill up to the point I could at least get top 20 in most matches.

Rotating a T into place so it wall kicks down and clears lines, the game counts it as something extra and sends more garbage

It gets really fucking fast in the top 10, but it's also kinda easy if you're just level headed and know how to stack neatly.
