4craft would be a much better idea if it wasn't "be the first to get good equipment and outnumber other boards." Land and pvp protection for board/faction towns and cities, with wilderness areas for the free-for-all pvp fights. I never offered the map to them, I joined their discord and they weren't aware I made the map. They had already decided to use it and gotten it without my permission from a file Coty uploaded. They chose to shit on me thinking I ruined the last version because I had moderator in the discord despite having no involvement with the server besides the map, then I told them I made the map. They still shat on me so I said I'd DMCA them if they used it. They shat on me some more, realized I could actually do just that, then decided to negotiate. They offered me cash, but I refused and made an offer that'd let them use it for some minor concessions and they rejected it.
Now they're making another map (heres a preview ) that they think they can have out in four days. While setting up a patreon, and saying they'll make absolutely no balance changes to Minecraft beyond Factions and breaking Obsidian.
why does this shit get so much attention so easily? why do they need a patreon? a server capable of holding 300-400 players costs $90 per month.
who is hosting the server? are they hosting on a dedicated rack? do they have mc hosting experience? do they even know what software to use to handle large amounts of players?

If they actually want this iteration to be fun, and not just a bunch of autism cubes that permeate every fucking factions and 4craft server, claims should not apply to the top-most chunk, or the bottom-most chunk. IE, you can claim a chunk, but you don't own the chunk spanning from Y:0 to Y:16, and Y:240 to Y:255 (height build limit).
Lava buckets should be allowed, but should NOT be place-able in the top most chunk.
Lastly pistons should be allowed to push into enemy territory. IE, you place a piston outside an enemy claim, but you can activate it to push blocks into the enemy claim.
