why the fuck is he so HARD

Nobody cares about your meme game

>story taht's all just a dream
>boss betrays you and revealed as the antagonist (wow didn't see that coming)
>guns yet can't increase amount of ammo you can hold by a decent amount
>can't dual weild guns
>doesn't allow you to play like a tps yet includes guns
>aliens out of nowhere

YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOOOOOW

bait

definitely bait, one of the best games i've ever played / platinumed

You think? Don't (You) me.

>just died a little over 50 fucking times on Ludwig, kept track by how many fire papers I bought and used

what a nightmare, I feel like the level should have been bigger but I eventually learned not to go near him at the edges
I love how it eventually feels like he's a piece of piss by the time you get the hang of it too

>using firepaper on ludwig

for what purpose? Beasts don't exist in Nightmares.

t. couldn't get past the cleric beast and got buttmad

Welcome to Dark Souls 3 bosses. Well, at least the second half of the game...

Point is Orphan isn't even that hard. Nameless King and phase 1 Gael will shitstomp you far harder.

>Roll Souls 3
>hard

>Lost over and over to Ludwig on my first playthrough
>Lost more times than I could count to Orphan
>Second playthrough, didn't even to Ludwig, died once to Orphan
>Third playthrough, didn't die once to either.

It's so damn satisfying to feel your skill develop, though since I didn't do the Chalice dungeons til after I was done with the DLC, I can see those as being what forced me to git gud the most, specially the fucking cursed dungeons.

Having played both Orphan is harder than both NK and Gael.

>Beat Ludwig and Orphan on first tries
>Got my shit pushed in by Living Failures and Maria multiple times
Who else had this experience?

this is old bait

>what a nightmare

NK and Gael are pretty easy compared to Orphan.

I'm almost convinced you're the same person I see who posts about this boss. I've only seen this angle of the nigger.

this age old pasta has nothing of worth
>>story taht's all just a dream
Not really
>>boss betrays you and revealed as the antagonist (wow didn't see that coming)
Gehrman isn't betraying you lol.
>>guns yet can't increase amount of ammo you can hold by a decent amount
Null and void complaint.
>>can't dual weild guns
Reiterpallasch and evelyn.
>>doesn't allow you to play like a tps yet includes guns
Bloodtinge builds.
>>aliens out of nowhere
Pretty cool.

How to defeat Nameless King:
>1. Equip Mace
>2. Use Perserverance
>3. ???
>4. Profit
Works on most bosses and enemies in the game.

Ludwig was a piece of piss compared to Orphan. I still haven't solo'd OoK till this day. I got sick of farming blood vials.

Seriously some of the worst criticisms I've ever heard of.

He has Kid Buu energy

>counter damage is ridiculous
>some moves break lock on and leave you with a garbage camera view
>a few attacks have almost no build up working basically as "BACK THE FUCK OFF!!!!???" move
Basically this, you die in two hits in a fight like this so always stay at least at 75% of your total health, and once you get a grip on the bullshit moves it becomes a very fun fight.

You sound like some millenial faggot

Reiter is ugly as fuck and the moveset is also ugly as fuck.

who wants to help me beat him put down your bell

Use the slant of the shore to your advantage.

I beat Ludwig on my first try, it was an ugly fight and I beat it without mastering the boss. I almost tried to die on purpose at the end, because I felt cheated out of the experience.
But I refuse to believe someone beat Orphan on the first try, unless you're one of those single-game Souls/BB streamers we had at the time.

>aliens out of nowhere
imagine paying this little attention to anything you do

sorry bro don't have my ps4 I'm on work
go out on the open sea, it's a very open, level and flat area
it really helps with the bossfight

>sister got into bb this year
>calls me up randomly to help her beat kos since she spoilered herself ahead of time
>luckily managed to reload some old save from online storage from over a year ago
>manage to take him down to around 30% health first time before we both diggity die
>she gets too scared to approach him after seeing his frenzy shit attacks and little delay times
>manage to bring him down to 5% of his health while she did occasional assist with hunter axe waiting for a clean and easy hit while I drew his attention sticking to his left before I kicked the bucket
>she double knocked out with him and technically got the kill/nightmare slain message

I'm proud of us and am surprised I managed.

Will punish you constantly if you don't play aggressively but will fuck you up if you're off on your dodge game
Entire fight basically forces you to git gud or spam parry if you're a brain dead monkey

>anything in 3
>harder than Orphan

Nameless King and Gael are slow and predicatble as shit. The only people who get stumped by them are idiots who panic-rolled the entire game.

Well idk what to tell you, that's what happened.
It was regular NG, i was level 70 or 80 something with the saw cleaver. It was a damn ugly fight and it went to the last vial. Different bosses are difficult for different people

Laurence made sure i died to him all the times i SHOULD'VE died to Orphan/Ludwig holy fucking shit fuck that guy
