make combos and chains viable and interesting instead of just 5 times X, dash rinse and repeat, give more weight to attacks and stop making "heavy" characters so god damn slow and unusable, make ethe 1v1s actually interesting instead of just an spam fest

reduce the ammount of enemies and instead give them more interactions

-More enemy types and formations

It’s pretty clear that the man only wants money with cheap effort. And this is evident way before Snoy’s Censorship shenanigans. The series is tanking because he have put in no real improvement to the games after SV. The only reason it’s even afloat right now is because of the mobile game.

All SK games are spammy and repetitive by their nature. Renewal is no different aside from a few minor changes.

Yeah, probably. Its the first game canonically, so you can go in blind and learn all the characters and lore.

Its basically a remake of the first game. I think that'll be enough to let you decide whether or not its worth it.

Technically the 3DS, but aside from the plot its completely different (a Final Fight style beat em up instead of Renewal's musou).

It's 3DS only, but the downside is that the game runs terribly, like a slideshow. Its roots as a low budget - launch window handheld title really do show, but if you don't want to go any further and you still own a modded 3DS, go for it.

Add the girls from new wave or make a game that focus on the other girls/schools instead of spam yumi autism

3DS version is still worth it if you can put up with a janky framerate. Its worth sticking through if you want to see how much the sequel improved upon the original on a technical level.
Switch is still a huge success, more so than the Vita and 3DS at this point in their lifespans. Plus when the Vita struggled running any SK game, there's no way the Switch couldn't.
