I'll put it as simply as I can so I don't spend too much time discussing this dead game that I've already discussed to death in other threads but it basically comes down to this.
The game is too reliant on RNG making it not-fun for the players because they are rarely ever in control of their actions. The "best" strategies are to try and manipulate the game's RNG to your advantage, and none of the actual card mechanics are interesting in any way. In the end it's a game that's not only not-fun, but also takes into account no skill from the player to win. It's a piece of shit. Maybe it could be fixed but in its current state it is deeply flawed.

As someone that played it day 1 I have no idea what is wrong with you. The game does nothing better than any of the competitors. It even has more rng than hearthstone and less depth. The 3 board system is a failure as 90% of games have you fight for 1 board as RNG fucks you of one board and good RNG getting you a good board.
