1 didn't cover much of the story and had mediocre models. 2 didn't have much wrong with it but was outdone by 3 in several ways. 3 had the Dragon Rush system which was shit. Play Infinite World. It's basically Budokai 3.5 with better single player, ~5 new characters, and no Dragon Rushes.
The best Dragonball games are still Advanced Adventure/BT3/DBFZ.

Well 3 shits all over the previous two games. I remember when I bought the first and it was like a miracle. Finally a semi decent DBZ game for once. Then DBZ Budokai 3 came out and fuck that game was fantastic.
