It was a pretty good mission but I am sure some timesplitters 3 missions can top it.

>survive until time runs out

Yeah fuck that ferris wheel shit

MW and MW2 both were filled with difficulty spike nonsense

Wolverines

That was a different mission. That was "one shot, one kill"

The Whitehouse string of missions in MW2 was amazing

Fuckin' state of this board and Zoomers.

>Mission 5 of Hidden & Dangerous 2:
>Get a jeep to the airport
>Capture the Italian soldiers without firing a shot
>Steal their uniform and sabotage the planes
>Defend against a tank with your SAS commando bros

that time travel mission in titanfall 2

I don't get the obsession with this mission. I constantly see Yea Forums complain games are too casual and holdhold-y, yet it's praised here as one of the best missions. And it's literally handholding the whole time, just waiting in place for instructions, move out of bounds even slightly and it's mission fail. It's everything Yea Forums hates.

What happen to CoD? Last good game they had was Blops 1.

>zoomers

MW 1 came out 12 years ago, and MW 2 cane out 10 years ago.

Fuck, I feel ancient now

The Grand Cathedral/The Great Pyramid from the serious sam

I thought I was the only person in history who played H&D2. Good shit.

the mission is pretty much on rails until you get to the defend part

H&D2 was broken as fuck
>half the time the documents you need to get spawn in a closet you can't even open
Every time I played through this mission I restarted and drove all the way around the mission area just to get the documents to spawn in that tent on the edge and only then did I proceed with the mission.
As frustrating as this game is, it's my favourite Rainbow Six style game.

WITHOUT YOU MY FRIEND

El Alamein, by far.

First level of Crysis

>better FPS campaign mission than "All Ghillied Up."

Any non interactive 4 hour long video where you are explained 50000 times over and over the difference between crouch and prone.

The Arab missions on the other hand were enjoyable for a very different reason, because to me they worked better as a cheesy 80's action flick than a serious WW1 story. I played synth music in the background when I figured it out

It was, for me ;__;

It was never outright broken for me, just janky. I've always wanted a polished modern game, built on the same principles of H&D2 but this'll obviously never happen

The atmosphere and intensity are what make the mission
>laying in the grass as patrols walk right over you
>sneaking through abandoned pripyat apartments
>sniper assassination
>being chased while carrying your wounded leader seeing all the shadows of enemies rushing for you
>final stand off at ferris wheel, prep by placing claymore everywhre
>intense escape to chopper amd flying out getting shot at
Its one of the most fun missions in any type of corridoor shoot type game, which at the time was extremly popular but also saturated making this a stand out mission.

fucking this
everyone praises the custom games and they were great, but the campain was god tier.

Does the ghille actually add anything to this? Or is it purely cosmetic?

Any that isn't some all scripted bullshit

>calling someone who mentioned Halo 3 a zoomed when it came before CoD4
