What kind of side games do you want to see before KH4?
I really hope they give Kairi a spinoff of her own and I'd like to play as Roxas again.
All i want is some badass dual wield. nomura pls
What kind of side games do you want to see before KH4?
Put the important plot points of the mobile shit into a real game so I don't need to bother with mobile shit.
KH4 will be Sora again so I'm going to change the topic to another side game.
I'd like a game where you start as Riku as you travel to different worlds except you can pick the worlds in any order and on each world is a keyblade wielder you can add to your party once you complete the world.
Once you get all the party members, the second half of the game starts with serious plot and events.
You can switch characters once you unlock them so that you don't have to play Riku the entire time but cutscenes will always have Riku as the POV character.
Just have a game where every current keyblade wielder minus Sora and possibly Riku is playable. They can be doing something small that's plot-related, maybe locating the reformed somebodies of Marluxia, Larxene, and Luxord while also searching for mystery girl AKA Skuld. But mostly it should just be an excuse to play as all the other characters and see their playstyles like Days' Mission Mode. Maybe even have Donald, Goofy, and the original Org. XIII playable again, too.
Anyone play this shit?
a game were they make kairi good
I hope you aren't asking for even more OC characters.
kairi was never good
get rid of her
>KH4
Too Nomura will release it in afterlife.
None. Series dead, 3 killed it, 100% checked out now.
Unless they make a multiplayer co-op/versus arena game of some sort.
games that actually use kh3's battle system and not fucking command deck again
>"it's dead" he said, pre-ordering the next entry
Nigger are you suggesting turning KH into a multiplayer experience? Go and stay go
But Mission Mode was awesome
>"replay the same mundane missions with friends"
No, but I do think an actual co-op campaign could work.
CoM2. If it has to be a new genre then make a Musou game (Keyblade Warriors) or turn based.
This is kind of a stupid idea but I want a fighting game. Whether its an anime arena fighter or a 2D fighting game doesn't really matter to me. I just think it'd be pretty cool.
No side-games, actually, since the next game starts a new arc.
Well clearly, they sure as shit can't do a decent single-player experience anymore.
Re:Union X
Just remake the story with the Unreal Engine, make the gameplay a better CoM, get all the voice actors from KH3, and put it on the Switch.
>side games
Nigger how about we fix KH3 first?
you play as Kairi training with all the side characters that have fuck all to do now, Sora in wherever he is, and same for Riku
Wouldn't be broken if you didn't chuck it at the wall, user.
Unpopular opinion incoming
I want to see more OCs that aren't connected to the already established cast outside of being Keyblade wielders and having a connection to the "dandelions" by virtue of existing
Maybe play in to that by have them have adventures on the lesser known Disney worlds, the ones that seen as "lesser" in the Disney canon and Disney otherwise doesn't give a fuck about, like Oliver and Company or The Good Dinosaur
KH's biggest issue, along with the fanbases, is some autistic need to connect every ounce of the KHverse together when it really shouldn't. To make a universe really feel alive not every important character should be related to each other nor should they be aware of everything.
Also, I'd love for there to be more FF and Square characters.
He wouldn't feel the need to chuck it at the wall if it did everything well in the first place
>did everything well
Has a game ever?
Yes, plenty.
Doing something well is not the same as doing it perfectly user
Mmm, I struggle to think of a game that doesn't have at least one aspect I thought detracted from the game. Barring stuff as simple as Tetris, of course.
I just want the less-popular/profilic movies to finally appear like not super-popular ones (Emperor's New Groove, Princess and The Frog), dark age (Black Cauldron, Great Mouse Detective), B-List (Atlantis, Treasure Planet, Meet The Robinsons), and random shit like Who Framed Roger Rabbit, Black Hole, and even Hocus Pocus.
Oh, and Kairi at least getting some spotlight would be nice too.
Kingdom Heart Twilight version and Daybreak version
One you play as Roxas, the other as Ventus
It involves playing one part the future and the other the past to come together for the future of KH4
essentially you're exploring the same worlds, but during different times (with a few exclusive worlds as well)
>What kind of side games do you want to see before KH4?
Hopefully none. That lead up from KH2 to KH3 was FUCKING EXHAUSTING, and having to play several titles just to understand what happens in the next NUMBERED entry in a series shouldn't be allowed anymore. I hated having to go through garbage like 358/2 Days, Re:Coded, and Dream Drop Distance + the motherfucking MOBILE GAME of all things just to understand what happens in the conclusion of the Xehanort Saga. At least the transition between KH1 => CoM => KH2 was a mere 3 games and not 5+ mediocre shit between KH2 and KH3, which is why the initial story earlier in the series' life was the most comfiest + most organically flowing plotline compared to everything else after. KH3 was disappointing because it's just a checklist to cap off a storyline that took far too long to finish up on, and it still ended up being non-conclusive due to the fact the Sora and Kairi still aren't together forever.
I never want to see this cycle happen again where I have to wait YEARS for the next one while playing a bunch of mandatory in-betweeners until the next one with a number in it's title comes out. I fucking DESPISE that type of business mentality. Nomura and Square Enix need to understand that human lives are precious and delicate. Our species doesn't live forever. Some of us are diagnosed with terminal illnesses that can kill us in less than 5 years. Waiting 13 years between KH2 and KH3 was TOO FUCKING LONG, man. If I have to wait more than a decade for the next Kingdom Hearts numbered entry with even more in-between games just to understand what happens next YEARS later, than I'm hopping the fuck off this train. I seriously can't take it anymore. There are better franchises out there like Zelda, DMC, Resident Evil, and Monster Hunter that are more worth anticipating than KH anymore, and that goes for a large number of Square's franchises like Front Mission and Final Fantasy that they take FOREVER to develop for.
if BBS would have been a proper console game it would have been considered Kingdom Hearts 0 and thus be considered not a "spin off"
really sad that never was the case.
i just want to finish this, just give us a conclusion
>i just want to finish this, just give us a conclusion
We'll never get a definitive conclusion to the franchise because Nomura doesn't know how to completely end stories.
None. Fuck off with that stupid ass shit.
