This game isn't like any of those games. This is not even a "game" per se, it's a simulator. A serial-killer simulator. It's a dog-whistling simulator meant to attract people who have fetishes for doing this kind of shit. It's mentally stimulating and dangerous. If it was a serial killer simulator it wouldn't be any different (hence the fuck why there's barely any serial killer games out there, and no Heavy Rain doesn't really count because you kill few people and it's not elaborate).

This game, in addition to being morbid, violent and graphic, is extremely dangerous. Because it aims to excite a specific audience of mentally-unhinged people. And out of those people some are going to start acting on their impulses. Most psychopath serial killers and rapists in history often have a history or an episode in their younger life where they were exposed to something specific that reached inside them and excited a docile urge in their mind. They start with the weak targets available to them; animals or younger siblings (in this case, this video game) and once that's not enough, they move on to people.
