Stop lvling as ret, it's not faster.
Just save up a int and str set and you can spam dungeons and never go oom while grinding.

Never did hemo/combat but 25/0/26 was fucking tits when it became viable and I cannot fucking wait to go back. Melting casters with a 3k+ CB eviscerate was maybe the most fun I've ever had in WoW.

You can if you want to, depends if you value shock or kings more.
Shock is like a 30 sec CD, 300 mana judgement so I don't really like it that much, but if you want a bit extra damage, sure.
