Here's a novel idea. Netherrealm Studios should give you the option to edit these fatalities. Personally I thought Cassie kicking through the chest was enough, after that she's just playing with guts which is boring in my mind. Also being able to customize fatalities like this would make them less repetitive to watch as someone you face on line will most likely have variants you've never seen before.
