Whatever you can play and understand the majority of.

So, for the pre-N5 level most Yea Forumsirgins operate at, there's nothing you can play, so there's nothing you can learn with. Do some actual study, run through Core2k, read some grammar guides, and then maybe you can move onto something like the newer pokemon games with furigana or Animal Crossing or something.

Pokemon if you can read kana. Old nes rpgs in Japanese.

Don’t expect to learn from educational games, you’re better off getting some good books and playing games to practice your reading.

You can't learn Japanese.

>learning an isolated island language rather than either of the future lingua francas mandarin or hindi

>Hindi

Fuck that. Those poos should learn English.

>mandarin
I agree.

>newer pokemon games with furigana
They actually use kanji in the later pokemon games? I've avoided playing Pokemon in Japanese like the plague because trying to read with no kanji is fucking awful.

I think there’s an option starting in the 3ds games.

Winnie Poo in loo. I'm learning Japanese to play untranslated/uncensored video games, read mangas and watch anime. For what reason would I need to learn chink other than ordering a dog with extra gutter oil?

But knowing japanese helps with chinese.

Mi serioze esperas ke homoj ne faru tion.

how much do you know? pic related is only recommended for anyone with absolute 0 knowledge of japanese and even then its not a great beginner tool.

I have separate books on katakana, hiragana, and kanji. I study them every so often while doing daily practice on Duolingo.

Bitch ass faggot, even in india only about a third of population actually know this language. India is a shithole where every region has it's own shit sub-language.
Mandarin can be useful, but once you learn it you will be the faggot that knows cjinese and you will be open to and even force to(if you work) to deal with eternal decieving lying asshole that are chinese people. My friend had to quit his job and go work with another company, because he was the only one who knew chinese and was forced to interract with them almost daily - they are complete and utter assholes that will take any opportunity to con you and then insult you.

どうぶつの森

Why can't I keep motivation? I even fully played three untranslated Japanese-only games that I had been wanting to try out for years, and enjoyed them. However, once I finished them, I stopped studying altogether. No new grammar lessons, no Anki reps, nothing. Porn gets boring after reading the same stories and dialogue 500 times. It makes me mad that I am this half-assed about everything...

>not using namasensei’s Japanese guide

can you change languages like you can in pokemon?

I don't know who he is but has made me paid attention to a lecture video. that a fucking god.

Does どうぶつの森 use kanji that much?

One more year.

I know you can on the mobile game, which is what I use the most. Not too sure about the main games. I don't think so.

It uses some basic stuff. But it all has furigana anyway. But since there are so many items in the game, it's a great way to learn vocab - kanji too if you're able to learn it just by reading it.
