That's the best race then. You get basic immortality which you could take a lot of advantage of with a decent INT stat. The loli coulld also be valid, but they would get a -4 STR stat. Considering the onee-san mother would be a human, that would likely give you an innate stat boost to learning skills in most settings. The best class would be somethin close to a magic user, since you can use the immortal lifespan to learn the highest spells available. Other races can't compete.
