"Unreal Engine 4" is a terribly bog-standard aesthetic. The worst thing you can do for your game is make it blend in to every other thing on the market.

I don't think they're trying to go for realism in most of their Nintendo games so they will never hire him. I also prefer cartoony style in Nintendo games.
