alright fuckit, let me talk about this pet peeve.
the biggest problem with half genie hero is a strange lack of dialogue in many places where there clearly should be some, the fucking snek is a prime example of this, you meet her and go "oh, this will have a funny little conversation to introduce me to this character" you hit the button, and you get a shop menu, the snek never says a damn thing.
It's just weird coming from pirates curse to half genie hero because despite having levels there's just so much less story and dialogue in it.
