Kind of. Its story based, you get into town and some sims are zombiefied, you have to find out why and fix it. The advancement ends up just being a collect-a-ton, but it ends in a boss fight, which is a new thing, so it was nice. Neighborhood is small, only two locations, a bar and a library, that are used to help with the plot. New Military career is nice, you can go full military or branch into MiB. Military can order people to do stuff like salute or do 20 pushups, MiB can eavesdrop into people by bugging them, the evidence you find by bugging sims can be used to blackmail them for money if you want to, a mechanic that'll probably be added into some porn mods sometime in the future.
I'd give it a 6/10, better than a lot of the packs that came before, and it tired some new stuff, but most of it is padding, just collecting stuff to advance the plot.

Infection bar, Boss health and you can give commands to your team that influence the battle. Also can create "bombs" (not really but that's what it is basically). You team also get attacked by the Zombified Townies.

Your sim and a couple of people you recruit band together in a room to fight the enemy, you fight by clicking on the enemy and shouting commands to your team, basically "stances". One stance makes you deal more damage, but you take more damage, the other one tells your team to focus on the possessed sims the enemy calls into the room, pretty much like that. Its fun the first time.

Not really. The roleplaying aspect of the game has been stripped down quite a bit compared to previous titles. You might not be literally masturbating to Sims 4, but you'll generally be figuratively masturbating otherwise since the game only really functions well as a virtual doll house and not the story telling game other titles were.

If you go through everything in this guide it runs pretty well, even with all the expansions. Just don't even think about using heavy core mods like NRAAS' StoryProgression or KinkyWorld, brings it right back to unplayable territory.

Amazing, I don't think there exists another western game as poorly coded as TS3.

I know, it's a brilliant mod, but it's too taxing on the game for its own good. Tried the AwesomeMod's StoryProgression instead and it's a night and day difference in performance, went from looking at slideshows every few minutes to it playing mostly smooth. It's nowhere near as good since the streets and community lots have almost nobody around now, but it's a trade-off that lets me actually play the game.
