In the first one, her face takes up most of her skull. Keep in mind the shape and size of the skull, especially the back of the head. It can be fixed by adding more hair to the back of her head. Hat could be bigger. Hands and shoulders are decently done, good job there. Same goes for eyes and nicely detailed hair.
In the second one, I'd maybe move the eyes a bit higher because they should be at the midpoint between top of the head and chin. Her head shape and face size are much better here. Also same thing about hat, it should probably be a bit bigger. The cup she's holding is way too small, look up teacups on Google for some reference images. Teacups are usually rather wide.
If you want to make her seem older, draw her head smaller in proportion to body than you are drawing right now. I know it's boring as hell, but do try to study some anatomy and fundamentals. No need to grind it but do try to practice it and push yourself further with every drawing you make, it's going to be worth it.
Pic related took me entire day of hard work about a year ago while now it took me a bit over half an hour for this , just keep at it, try to draw a bit every day.

As a footfag who wasn't attracted to her originally, I still thought she had nice boots and socks. If smell or the idea of smelling is your thing, boots are supposed to retain a stronger smell or the idea is at least associated with them.
