They're just like Bioware, a name used by a big company to scam people into buying stuff through a false association to older titles.
It doesn't mean that it's impossible for them to make good games, but the glory days of Blizzard are nearly 2 decades past, the people who worked on those games are gone almost to the man, trying to connect the Blizzard of today to those accomplishments is just blatant dishonesty.
