hey guys can I eat the ice claws I gathered or is there a way to use them in potions, which makes them more potent or something. I ask, because that was a thing in Gothic 2 I believe with plants that permanently raised certain stats, you could eat it for a pitiful +1 or you could mix some potion for a +5 or so I believe, in any case it was more years later I am still salty about it.

I did it on my last playthrough, it's hard - enemies stagger you all the time, mages with ice spells are a nuisance and I feel like final damage output isn't as good as with any other class. Feels good, though.

Greatsword because crits and fast. Somewhere around level 20, when I had enough HP to tank shit and started collecting Fallen set. Played on Adept because I'm lazy fuck and wanted to finish the story, last time I played I got to Machine and dropped it there because you couldn't skip conversation and game broke on me three times in the middle of it. I feel like Vandal tree is littered with useless perks with special effects for power attacks, good thing that there is this one perk with health regen for 2h wielding in combat. You still get MASSIVE damage from almost everything if you don't invest in handicraft/enchanting. Keeper tree is also pretty much useless because most interesting perks are for shields. Overall, it's kinda boring. You can still dodge, as opposed to what the tooltip says, and you should learn how to do that.

early maybe. get more money, level rhetoric or get gear that reduces shop prices.
you can still do very well without levelling skills too much

Level up Rhetoric, it is pretty much necessary. Once you hit like, 50 rhetoric the prices for most books are pretty acceptable.

Also don't forget to craft gear then enchant it to sell for big prophets. You can easily craft a two handed weapon, enchant it with lifesteal, and make a few hundred coins. I did that like 15 times with random materials and shit I found and I made enough money to actually end up using a lot of my points.

Collect the smallest soul gems and harvest crabs in Riverville. The whole beach is crawling with them.

I've had no problems with either of them. Ultimate Combat may make high-end balance a little wonky, but you can configure it however you like in the Mod Config Menu.
All Mortal Enemies does is makes it so that NPC attacks and your own attacks are more committed. If you do an attack, your turning will be slowed for half a second as the animation plays out - same for NPCs.
I haven't noticed this effecting Lycan form, though.

They arent what makes people say exploration is worthwile, its the good dungeon design and hand placed loot. Ice claws are also useful.

the skill books work in favor of roleplaying. Take lockpicking for example, in skyrim you lockpick a bunch and just get better and better even if youre playing a character that doesnt lockpick. Here however you have alternatives to lockpicking and just lockpicking lower level locks doesnt magically make you better each time but actually have to learn.

There's no real answer to that but the main quests does give you some breathing room by forcing you to wait a day sometimes before the next one is available.

you should explore first so you can do story missions easily. You cant play after the end but the game tells you at the point of no return.

There is a defnite point of no return, but you will get warned. But there are always periods in the main quest line where you're told to wait a day or so. This is when you can just go out and explore. So mix things up a little.

I came out as Seraph though I'm lv 45+ and just now finding a 2 handed item to disenchant to make the rest of the game stupid easy.

Seraph is mostly melee with only life drain for range but you can simply wade in fully boosted and slap some gfs asses.

Battlemage has spells for range and really only falls back to melee when it's either not worth the mana or you have run out.

Just a few retexes and cosmetic stuff with some things for new weapons.

Haven't tried that combination out myself, so I can't say how it would perform. If it doesn't work, you could always fall back on other spells, it's not like you have to specialize on cloaks.

You use spells at a distance or for preparation, then use the weapon for anything coming close.

realtalk: I heard about a way to exploit spell book vendors in which you save, sleep somewhere, enter a marketplace, and the vendor's inventory should randomize/refresh. if not, then you load the save and try again. can I abuse this to get the spells I want? will this be patched? should I do this asap before the next patch drops?

Console command for his approval - set sympathytharael 80 (pick a higher number if you want, you need 40 for all endings of the quest and to trigger that additional quest).

There's Yero's tower behind the sun temple. Go there and loot the place. That's how you start the chain of events for the secret ending.

Nope, all three ending are "grey". You "activate" the new ending by drinking one particular potion, and you can do it right before picking between the two main endings.

It's pretty high level microdungeon desu. But if you don't want to train your lockpicking or use scrolls, you can always cheese your way in.

The ending(s) to Enderal don't leave much room for a sequel.

Either the whole world is ascended, most of the world is glassed, or one of those + MC moves on to live in an Inception verse that may or may not be real

Beyond that, TES6 is probably at least 5 years out, which puts any total conversion like 10 years out, and it's pretty damn hard to commit to a project you can't even begin for half a decade. Maybe they'll do one, but I can't blame them for saying no, it's just way too early to even consider. Half your staff could be busy with other shit or even dead in 10 years.

With their rep, I think it wouldn't be hard to get crowdfunded if they wanted. Of course that would involve learning how to work in another game engine, but it wouldn't be the first time devs have done something like that. Then again, Team Cherry is major exception
