not really
botw is a terrible zelda, the story is just nonexistant, should be 40 at best

awakening is kino tho

Nigga it's a video game. It's not Nestle going to Nigeria and using free baby formula samples to dry out the natural breast milk of new mothers and then forcing them to pay or their baby starves.
You don't like the game? Don't buy it.

Don’t call me nigger, nigger...

Double nigger.

Nigger

Link's Awakening doesn't have a confirmed official MSRP yet. What you see on some sites is a placeholder.

morally yes, anyone can charge what they want
should you buy it, fuck no

>implying
Come on user.

Epic

Only if it's the physical release because nintendo games don't lose much value since they're usually all evergreen

No, botw isn't even worth 10 dollars.

>morality
>in a profit driven business

>new Zelda game for the main Nintendo console
I'll buy you a copy if it isn't priced at 60 burgers

I didn't know that the price of 60 dollars was confirmed.
You are like that guy other day who claimed Chocobo Dungeon in 60 dollars.

Nintendo really likes their premium pricetags, shame they forgot about premium products.

I'd sooner pay full price for LA than I would BotW. still not getting either of them though

>graphics and price should be related
Zoomers please kill yourselves

You have to pay extra for the vulnerable tax for the second one.

Switch games are $0 though.

>muh graphics
We're comparing a huge 80+ hour open world adventure to a reskinned Gameboy game.

>Link's Awakening is $60
according to who

If you lower one price you have to increase the other and factor in how much more it's being bought to not lose money.

not at all, but nintendo fans are retarded. I abandoned the ship after the snes. It was the right thing to do.

BotW should be cheaper since it's an old game now. Nintendo never change their prices pretty much, except on the rare occasion it gets one of those "best hits" labels. Usually their "main games" stay away from that label though.

Yes, because all first party Nintendo titles have pretty much the same price.

I honestly don't see the complaints about the price tag: how should companies even price their products?
Is it about development time? If that was the case, games that went through development hell should cost twice as much as great games that took less time to be made.
Is it about the lenght of the game? That would make endless games like puzzles or multiplayer-based basically priceless.
Is it about other things, like art style / story / graphics / whatever? But that's completely subjective, making it useless to give price tags.

Giving the same price to every game a company makes is just the best way to do it.

>Nintendo
>When the company was losing money they didnt fire people but the higher ups cut their paychecks
>Company that isnt focused on Micro Transactions and milking autistic people who like gambling

>Every other publisher ( lets take Activision)
>Releasing shit game after shitgame
>Filled with Microtransations
>Fired 800 people despite making a huge ammount of money

Unironically this
BOTW does not deserve all the praise it gets while forgetting to write a plot.

At least Link's Awakening wouldn't make you pay an extra $20 for Hard Mode.

I'd say that they already have their foot halfway through the door with their mobile games.

Only a matter of time before they adapt just like they did with paid online (which got negative reaction and has lead to people only buying the 1 month and 3 month cards.

Higher ups don’t give a fuck about their salary since they got a shit ton of Nintendo stocks. They can easily liquify theirs Nintendo stocks and make up for the cut salary. Their salary ain’t nothing compared to the Nintendo stocks they have.

Theres no moral question here
