It'd be hard to buff it because if it was any better the extra rocket would just put it way above every other rl, but if you take away the extra rocket then it's just a different weapon entirely so why bother?

it's perfect for people who want to rocket jump and fuck around with the market gardener, but still do damage with rockets

make it a turret you can deploy that makes it more accurate and other teammates can use
it can break since it has as much health as a level 3 sentry but has 50% explosive damage
if the heavy dies, the minigun also breaks
