every advertisement with a projector is shopped. even commercials for big name companies. every single one will always shop the projected image, because the black levels are fucking awful unless you play in a pitch black room.
it isn't possible to project the color black, take a look at that photo you posted, no projector will look like that in a bright room like that.

Projectors are terrible for gaming due to the fact that they have a high response time and most of them are locked at 60 hz. If you play games that don't need either, then you're fine.
