- Orders are the first thing that should be changed for obvious reasons, double or even triple their CP cost, also give them a cooldown.
- Nerf AP you still have after taking one action, and 3rd action too of course.
- Limited ammo for everyone but restore it fully every turn for Scouts, Troopers and Engineers, the point is simply not allowing one unit to shoot everything on the same turn without Engineers around or Resupply order.
-Give enemies more orders

Make ranking a score-based system, turns shouldn't be the only determining factor, going to expand myself more on this point:
Positive scoring in ascending order
>killing enemies
>killing tanks
>turns
>taking bases
>killing aces

Negative scoring in ascending order:
>going beyond turn 10-15 depending on mission
>ally killed
>ally evaquated in critical condition
>tank destroyed
>base lose
Note that critical condition in itself doesn't have penalties.

That's retarded, a strategy that can defeat enemies quickier is more efficent and should be ranked higher.
I think it shouldn't be the only factor to determine rank, but still a factor - for instance killing off all your units to rush shouldn't be more rewarded than making everyone survive but still being quick enough.
