They eat like 5000 calories a day mostly in sugar and cultivate it for years and drink 5 cans of soda a day. You literally cannot get that size without being genetically predisposed to obesity and even with that you still need to eat like a champ and have basically no metabolism

I was once that big. A lot of inactivity is the main thing. Calories also play a big part, but it can also be shitty genetics. I exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour a day and eat very little compared to most. Once you get there, it's not easy to lose.

People who weigh more than 175lbs disgust me. Stop being a waste of resources.

You could sit and play vidya for 12 hours a day and as long as you consumed under 2000 calories its almost completely impossible to get this size, you could be a little fat maybe in the 250~ range but you won't end up probably 500+ lbs like the guy in the OP is
