>there will never be a true sequel to deus ex
how does this make you feel?

There will never be a true sequel to deus ex
Don't care, Games are fucking trash now except for the occasional Zelda, Persona, RE & Smash game
Games that shine on their own as masterpieces don't need sequels.
So I'm pretty ok. Jensonverse is alright as long as maintains minimum safe distance.
>somewhere out there scientists are creating animal-human hybrids with their own consciousness
>they keep them locked and use them for testing
>when they're deemed worthless they are disposed
there's too much stigma attached to conspiracy theories after trump. i don't think anyone would touch the subject with a 10 foot pole now.
Too many people getting (((suicided)))
>HEY GUYS CHECK OUT MY YOUTUBE
go back to where you came from
Conspiracy theories aren't underground anymore and are mainstream marketing points used to sell useless shit to boomers. It's more underground now to take the world at face value.
>persona
>one of the best modern games
Jesus fucking christ
Your zoomer is showing. Conspiracy shit has been taboo to talk about openly since the late 60s after the CIA invented the label conspiracy theory to act as a reverse dog whistle to NPCs letting them know to not investigate further.
(((THEY))) tried to silence Alex Jones because he was waking up the sleeping drones
but then why could they make a deus ex in 2000 but in 2019 the subject is too toxic?
he's in the eidos games
Its not to toxic to discuss. Its too toxic to entertain for "reasonable" people. In 2000 there was still enough people on the hump of the bell curve willing to be open to the ideas to make money with conspiracy as a major theme. You are right that things have gotten worse after the Trump wave, but its been a long campaign to make it this way.

After this interview, I think I've figured out what Alex's schtick is and why it works so well. During his rambling, he makes 5 or 6 preposterous but unfalsifiable points. This is the part where he says there is an elite cabal of pedophile vampires, NASA is a Nazi organization, space and weapons tech was given to us by aliens, the ruling class communicates with the aliens via hallucinogens, he is able to see the future because he was concussed as a kid, etc. Claims that are ridiculous, but that you can't demonstrate to be false. Then he makes a falsifiable claim about something a little crazy that demonstrably happened (Gulf of Tonkin, PRISM, MKULTRA, Soros shorting the GBP, etc). Then when he gets called on the falsifiable claim, they look it up and it turns out to be real, and all the crazy unfalsifiable bits just kind of sneak in the front door because it now looks like Alex was right all along! He's a prodigious fucking speaker to be able to do this so naturally.
I should mention the other reason this works so well - if someone calls him out on one of the unfalsifiable claims, he has room to maneuver. Like how could he give you proof of a ruling class conspiracy, or organ farming and human experimentation, or aliens. How could he be expected to provide proof of those things? They're above his pay grade. (Even though he's the one making the positive claim, and the burden of proof is on him. It can be hard to understand the play he's making in the moment). As long as he can give you a recording of a governor admitting to post-birth "abortions" all the conjecture leading up to that statement is greenlighted by your brain.
Does the pacifist playthrough have any real effect in terms of points or even dialogue after desserting UNATCO (I know the ammo guy at UNATCO won't give you shit after killing during missions)? I feel like I am wasting time, prods and tranquilizer darts and get so fucking tired of failed infiltrations sometimes that I just want to blow everyone's brains out.
Stop posting this, he has been deplatformed for spreading dangerous ideas for a good reason. Nobody should be brainwashed by this garbage.
You'll never keep him down, globalist.
This is your brain on soý
all of this is correct, but you're leaving out that's he's only able to get away with it because he's so damn entertaining.
I was getting close to character limit with that first post, but yeah I wanted to include the fact that he's actually a very engaging speaker. He's obviously excited and cares about what he's talking about, and it's scary how well he understands how people think on an intuitive level, which makes it hard to look away.
Good breakdown user.
Its called real life and everything they predicted came true
We got good prequels though.
