One side near completely dominates the other almost every time. It's not even a satisfying experience either, because command structure within the army is basically non-existent and there's no such thing as unit cohesion. You're better off going on your own with a rifle and playing like a partisan than you are trying to maintain a firing line with others, or trying to advance on a fortified position.

was this the n64 tank game? I went to a friend's house in middle school and we played that game. It was the first time I ever played it but it was like second nature to me and I was sniping my friend from across the map. I rarely missed a shot whenever I saw him and it frustrated him so greatly that he pulled the cartridge out of the system while it was still on and he told me that he wanted me to go home

No surprisingly. But the servers have been decaying for years now. On the weekends theres a few thousand in the North and South American Servers. The removed my preferred Western United States server a while back so all of the continental US plays on Central American Servers.

I'm pretty sure its still booming in Russia though.

The Pershing and radio balloons. It feels like drift shots miss a lot more too. It performs about the same for me, but I'm using a non-pro PS4.

Thats a complete lie, some battles last literally weeks at a time depending on where they are. There are grandpa anons who like doing logistics and everything you need can be found in store houses at port bases or production facilities. Typically you can truck shit you need down to wherever or ask someone to bring X to Y spot on map chat, and they will.... Then again you have to communicate on map chat and put in 5% effort.

That is not true, so far the stats of the war victories are nearly equal for colonial and warden sides. At certain points one side will be demoralized for doing stupid shit such as nuking themselves or just not working together, but that is extreme late game bullshit. Proper vehicle column / late game tank column can turn the entire tide of the late game.

No, you have to work as a team and use voice communication and create operations in order to get shit done. Imagine battlefield 2 with no squads and everyone is just winging it.. Aka nu battlefield. It blows, is stupid and is unorganized and especially sucks if the other team is organized and is rofl stomping you. It sounds like you just dont work well with others, which is fine, partisans are needed, but partisans excel when working together too...

For fucks sakes light tanks require a dedicated driver, dedicated gunner, and dedicated commander to spot and call shit out. Much like ole school planetside, it requires team work.

Battletanks require the same, but also require an engineer to load the shells / do internal repairs and a mg port gunner to mow down lonesome players like you who think they can rambo destroy a fucking rolling beefcake of a dab on you machine that grinds your solo bones to dust in its treads.

Dont shit on a great tank focused game because team work and communication oriented games aren't something you are interested in. Also consistently harass destroy enemy logisitc facilities if you want to win. Fools talk tactics, pros talk logistics. Battletanks guzzle more refined fuel than a fat girl at a tumblr buffet. Cut them off with consistent partisan work and they fuck off quick out of the area.

I regret buying this game. The persistent war, logistics, and team work are all top notch but fuck rng based accuracy and FUCK rng based damage. It made things extremely unenjoyable. Laying prone and fire a rifle four times at someone standing still? Every shot flew over or past them. Their first shot when they returned fire hit. Headshot. I die immediately. This wasn't always the case but it happened frequently.

The most fun I had was working as a sapper behind enemy lines.

I like to spam auto-turrets inside breakable buildings because it makes them kind of hard to see and invincible.

I hate this fucking game so much. After 2k hours I just cant handle it. Vehicles and weapons with unrealistic qualities that go months before getting patched, constant fucking grind added on and on with no adjustment for a reasonable pace, and worst of all the tier system which will NEVER EVER be properly balanced because the dev is greedy as fuck and constantly wants you fighting something that is objectively superior to convince you to open your wallet. So glad I left this fucking cancer game.

Anyone remember the last American level on Rise of the black dogs where you have to destroy the alien ship before it escapes? And they give you the ability to just use the ammo/hp/weapon launcher to launch a "bad day" bomb and win 5 minutes later lol?

Not really a tank game, but Planetside 2. Stealth lightning with a scope and AP cannon was great for vehicle hunting and picking of aircraft flying in predictable patterns.

I really enjoyed armored fist serious.

I've always thought this game could have been great if it wasn't free to play and scrapped the punish the player model of Russian f2p games.

Did they ever unfuck the playstation handling of aircraft? I quit like probably around 5 months after that. Not because of it, I only ever pulled a reaver if I wanted to try to ram another ESF. Is this a response to that or are they pulling another liberator update and buffing them because they want to sell new weapons?
