I support emulation while still using at least the Switch. The issue with emulating games is that most of the time, simple laptops can't play them.
That's where the switch has an edge compared to other platforms.

Not the guy, but while it is playable on PC, it wasn't released for the PC. You can't just unpack Bayonetta 2 from an installer and say it works. You need to emulate a console to do that.

You'd have to convince Keiichiro Toyama and Japan Studio to care about sales for their niche game series. SIREN 1 undersold so much (despite being amazing), that its sequel was only released in PAL and Asian countries, and even then, the PS3 still got Blood Curse.
Also, I'm pretty sure GR1 made back its money if it not only got remastered but got a much larger sequel years after GR1.
