the lightsaber gives you complete immunity to every zombie pretty much, since even completely surrounded you could just spin and cut every zombie in half cleanly assuming the lightsaber works as it should and cuts with no resistance
but humans just shoot your ass and take the lightsaber for themselves, so that sucks

Ninja mask. Just find smell neutralizer and now you are invisible to zombies. Take any gun and you will become more deadly than Solid Snake. Attacking or robing people in the night would be easy.

That's some pretty shitty balance, most items would be useless in this situation. And even then losing line of sight from zombies would be enough to lose them completely unless they are intelligent enough to search location and split in multiple directions.

Glasses seem to be broken, way too many advantages over the other. dog is cool but is a meme build, water straw is dumb,zombie detector is dumb because people can kill you jist as well as the zombies, gun could be good but 60 round limit is dumb, arrow could be decent if u knew how to use a bow,mask could be useful but it doesn't hide u visually, bag is ok'ish but you could just load yourself properly, Batman's grapple gun would likely get you killed if you didn't know what you were doing and would be all but useless in an area with low buildings, key is a meme since you could just carry a crowbar, lightsaber is a meme and is similar to those faggots tht would carry katanas, laptop and tablet would only be useful if you already have a base of operations with everything in place
