Technically Male Robin can pass Galeforce too thanks to passing on every class in the game, he just doesn't get it himself.
Male Robin is more flexible in terms of eugenics as well since he effectively gives you two Morgans if you marry into Gen I, as opposed to FemRobin who can only have one child unless she fucks Chrom.

When it comes to eugenics, passing classes and skills is more important than passing raw stats, so having two kids with a universal pass to every class is great.
And M!Robin is also good for passing Sorcerer to Lissa or Maribelle's kid.

Infinite Armsthrift is how the game should be played. It also puts characters like Severa, Morgan, and Inigo in a separate category above everyone else because they get both galeforce and armsthrift.
