PK Fire and ROBs side B have been fucking me up the most. I just don't know what to do with Wario. Even if I get around PK Fire Ness' aerials stuff the shit out of everything I do. I don't play those characters, but i did play a lot against Ness as a rushdown char. For me it came down to dashing in and out to bait something. His attacks don't have much range so if he wiffs something you can quickly strike back. PF fire is easy, if you jump in as he fires it, it's a free hit.

Really? I usually try to do a quick fair or nair after dodging a PK Fire but Ness nearly always catches me with his fair first

His neutral game is only really super good against people without disjoints that he can afford to bully. Once he goes up against swordies with their superior disjoints or a hard to hit character like Inkling or the rats he's almost always in a state of disadvantage.
