A roguelike sandbox sci-fi game where you are a robot and your objective is to fight alien monster. You can change your parts, craft new parts, make tech to take control of the aliens, make yourself bigger, etc. Everytime you die, you lose your old carcass, but you still are able to find it on the map. The game ends when you reach the alien nest and destroy it.
tactical rpg with battle-h including sprites and some still images when appropriate, along with proper scenes. i was imagining a trpg where you traverse a large dungeon map filled with tons of weaker enemy mobs that follow set actions until they encounter one of your characters. rather than coordinating together like in every other tactical game (unless an alarm or some other action is set off). throw in environmental traps and predicaments and clothing break and you have my perfect h-game. if someone wants to make it go right ahead since i probably never will.

Henry Darger was an artist who isolated himself from society to write a 15,000- page book about how seven princesses start a rebellion of children against their oppressors who are not afraid to torture and execute them. He also created hundreds of illustrations of all sizes that combine magazine clippings and watercolors. The illustrations range from scenes of girls playing innocently (often naked) to violent battle scenes where girls are killed violently.
At one point in his life he became obsessed with a girl who was kidnapped and killed, to the point where he almost collapsed mentally when he lost a photograph of the girl he took from a newspaper.
He was also a devout Christian and a janitor.
That sounds interesting but a little generic, to be perfectly honest. Unless the alien, robot, and planet are all really interesting-looking.

Yes, it was. If you start reading you will feel a little bad about how he lived his life, although he is compensated with admiration for his dedication (he spent 60 years writing the book and drawing the illustrations). It's a pity that no one has dared to publish his book because it would be so complex to organize and scan something of such a size.

The story of this guy is pretty fucked up. He lead a fucked up life and still managd to be a regular guy on the surface that people thought was a bit of a waster because he didnt socialize or have any major job aspirations. It was only when he took ill later in life and his landowners went into his appartment to clear it out that he found all the stuff he had made, One of them was just about to throw it all in the trash when the other stopped and went to tell Darger they thought it looked amazing and kept it all. His response was surpise, and "its too late now", lamenting that he couldve sharing his art instead of going from job to deadend job and only seeing what couldve been days before he died.

I've been thinking for a long time of making a game based on the baseball bat from Enter the Gungeon.
Basically it's two teams, on different sides of a court, dodgeball style, ten players on each side and everybody has a baseball bat/katana/lightsaber. Energy spheres are shot everywhere and you have to bounce them with your bat at your adversaries. Every time the sphere is hit it becomes faster and more destructive, and they can be beaten virtually infinitely until their speed becomes too much for the players to handle. Katana swords don't do this tho, they split the spheres in a half virtually forever as many times as you slice them. Spheres bounce on everything and keep going until they hit someone.
Players can also "swordfight" each other with their bats and katanas in order to take down other players, who become incapacitated and need to be picked up by their team-mates.
It's a relatively simple idea I've been thinking a lot about lately.
What do you guys think?

No I mean basically Devil May Cry mixed an Arkham/Spiderman/Prototype style city.
A traditional fighting game with mechs but you can exit your mech. You have to actually kill the pilot to win. You can't fully destroy the opponent's mech but you can temporarily disable it which forces the opponent to come out while the mech is in self-repair. While on foot you still have a moveset and can fight. You can eject yourself before being destroyed which makes your mech's self-repair work faster. The pilots would have to be superhuman being so it doesn't look stupid when they're fighting mechs; for example, cyborgs with incredible abilities, aliens or Jedi-type characters.

I don't think people would focus too much on sword fighting because I was thinking of turning it into a bullet hell kind of game, like a first-person, maybe third person Enter the Gungeon with sentries all over the place shooting like crazy.
