Why doesn't the switch have any jrpgs? It's going to get a few in the next few months, but outside of Xenoblade, which isn't a turn based game, it feels like there is a lack of quality jrpgs. The ones that are on the system aren't very quality, ie Lost Sphear, I am Setsuna, even the new Atelier Lydie are trash. What the hell Nintendo?

octopath traveler?
because JRPGs are trash
I wanted to like it but it started REALLLLY slow, and felt like a decent emulation of a PS1 game. I guess I should give it another try, but it never clicked with me.
u r trash
Lydie & Suelle is good. Switch also has Octopath and Ys VIII. Plus oldies like FFIX and soon FFVII. And so-so games like Shining Resonance.
JRPGs are in a slump
These days I only keep up with Dragon Quest
Upcoming shit looks amazing, Fire emblem three houses, Grandia 1 and 2, Dragon Quest XI, Yo-Kai Watch 4 (eventually), Shin Megami Tensei 5, FF VII through 12, and PERSONA 5 and maybe 6.
Big budget JRPGs, sure. There are plenty of good lower budget ones. Also DQXI sucked.
Well thats your opinion, DQXI is the best in the series and Ive played them all even X
