I don't even know how to explain it, the mini-games have something very... engaging about them that I just don't get from games like 140 or PD (Both amazing games btw.)
They're so welcoming and fun.
The mini-games in Taiko no Tatsujin for switch get pretty close to Rhythm heaven but there aren't that many, sadly.

Lanota is very charming, plays out like a storybook and the moving playing field makes you feel really engaged, even in songs that you don't really like. Great UI and a good music selection too.
Muse Dash is the same sort of feeling as well, but it is not better than Rhythmn Heaven. Hit sound effects suck so much though.
