That spinning is a swordmaster specific move called 'Prop' the parry in that fight is exclusive to that boss as one of the properties of Cavalier Angelo (the boss) is that his attacks can be parried by your own attacks.
Royal Guard can absorb every single attack and return them with Royal Release which is built up in a meter the more you Royal Block attacks.

The spinning is just a normal attack. You can clash attacks. RG blocks everything if you time it right and builds a counter bar which is the strongest attack in the game.

You can parry certain enemy attacks with pretty much everything in your movelist , just have to time it properly and yes RG can block everything so long as you're pretty decent with it.

Prop Shredder is a good move to parry with, but it has a very long active hit box, but any attack can parry if your timing is good enough. You can only parry enemies that have an actual weapon though. RG will block almost any attack if you are holding style button, but if you press it with good timing, then it will absorb it.

So I dont play dmc alot, considering on 5. I dont frequent the threads but I saw this posted alot. Whats explanation behind it, is it easy mode or is dmc4 just a bad game with piss enemies in general?

In DMC4 if you activate devil trigger at very specific times during attacks you can shit out absurd amounts of damage. This boss staggers when he takes enough damage so if you abuse this glitch/mechanic you can cheese the absolute fuck out of him.

Yamato was made to be a key and wasn't intended for any particular person. While it is quite powerful right off the bat with the ability to cut holes through dimensions, It exists in its complete state at all times and isn't going to get any stronger.
Rebellion is a manifestation of Dante's power, made with magic by Sparda specifically for Dante. It changes and evolves along with Dante's own power awakening. It ultimately has the potential for way more bullshit than Yamato.

That's called a "Distorted Real Impact". Real Impact is a powerful attack in the swordmaster style when using gauntlet weapons.
It deals a lot of damage, but it's not overpowered, it's the "distortion" which makes it crazy.
When you hit real impact there are several hit-stop impact frames, if you perfectly time your devil trigger activation when on every single one of these frames you will have pulled off a completely distorted real impact which basically means every time you distort a frame it's like Real Impact hits twice, and you can distort it a lot so if you're good at the timing you can deal huge damage.

It looks like this is also referencing both the manga and the novel. First it says that Mundus sent an artificial demon made with combat data from him, Vergil and Sparda after Dante while he was still called Tony Redgrave - I'd guess that's what Gilver was, an artificial demon like Trish. It also says that a bit after everything with Vergil and the seals started going down, so that's the manga where he met up with Arkham and first fought Dante before traveling everywhere to undo them.
